Should your files be to large to e-mail, please view below the instructions for uploading files to our FTP site. Please note that once you have successfully sent the file, you must contact your rep at IPS with the file name and a PDF of the file.

How to Send US Files Using Our FTP Site

1) Our site works via drag and drop

2) Depending on your file type you can either compress your files to upload with either: Stuffit for Mac files (freeware at www.alladinsys.com)
WinZip for Windows/PC files (freeware at www.winzip.com)
or
place your file directly. (ex: High Res Printable PDF)
(For all page layout programs please compress to include all supporting files)

3) Go to ftp://209.216.212.105/IPSCLIENT using a standard internet browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox)
NOTE FOR MAC USERS: The above link is for Windows users only. Mac users must use your own FTP client software with the following settings:
SERVER: 209.216.212.105
REMOTE FOLDER: IPSCLIENT
LOGIN: ipsclient
PASSWORD: efile

4) It will automatically bring you to the drag and drop upload area.

5) At this point you will be able to upload your file(s).

6) A pop-up Progress Window appears to show the progress of your upload. DO NOT quit your web browser until the progress window closes.
